Youth Church School at St. Nicholas
You often hear it said that "the youth are the future of our Church." This saying is true to the extent that it is the young people in our parish today who will become the Parish Council members, priests, and bishops tomorrow. But it is also true that the youth are the present of our Church. Our young people contribute just as much, if not more, to the vitality and life of our parish as our adult parishioners.
Youth Church School allows our children to learn and grow in their faith while also making friendships that will last a lifetime. Church School meets in-person at 5pm on Saturdays, and concludes with Vespers and a children's sermon at 6pm. While children of all ages are welcome, our Church School curriculum is intended for younger, elementary-school aged children. Parents are welcome to stay with their children during the lesson. Please note that face coverings must be worn by adults at all times while in the Church building.
A light snack is provided for the kids after the lesson.
